Coaching chaos, a quarterback carousel, and a 1-15 season -- sounds like Jets football to me.

The title for “worst coach in Jets history” remains a hard-fought one. Aaron Glenn is in the middle of his best pitch. The Adam Gase and Robert Saleh eras were painful in their own right, and we’ll see their teams later on in this countdown. But, as bad as any of those three have been, they can’t take the crown. That honor remains firmly in the arms of Rich Kotite. But before we get to Kotite, we have to acknowledge that the Jets were not in the best of places before he took over in 1995.
