Oh, let me tell you, 2000s football in the Bay Area was something else. There have been three instances in history where two teams had overlapping Anti-Dynasty runs in the same media market. It never happened in Los Angeles, Chicago, or Dallas. New York has pulled it off twice – once from 1971 to 1977, and the other from 2017 to, uh, right now. In between the two, the Bay Area saw two of the worst football teams of all time going head-to-head from 2003-09. Who knows how that might affect someone? It might make them strangely fascinated with terrible football teams and conceive of an idea to list ‘em all.
